WHO IS A ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 

Elevator Maintenance Technicians ( or Elevator service technicians as they are sometimes called ) are primarily responsible for all routine preventative maintenance, Troubleshooting the faults and repair work on Elevators and other vertical Transportation Equipment's like Escalators, Travolators or Moving walkways etc .Elevator Maintenance technicians respond to calls about malfunctioning of Elevators and other VT equipment. These Maintenance technicians check wiring and parts for signs of wear, replace parts as needed and check & test electrical systems to make sure the elevator unit is running Safely & Efficiently

100% Compliance with health and safety regulations , Local State and National Guidelines including Reading, interpreting, and following Safety instructions and operation manuals in letter and spirit ..

Maintaining a schedule for site visits for checking , inspecting, servicing 

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Keeping the Tools Bag properly and using them Safely as required .

Cleaning, repairing equipment and parts as needed.

Performing maintenance & Trouble Shooting work on Elevators in buildings 

Provide services to ensure conformity with maintenance standards & SOP. .

Reporting to his supervisor or Team leaders or Office as per Company Guidelines .
